Delete your ScanFakes account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the mobile app or the ScanFakes website.
Delete from the mobile app
Sign in, open the Account tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Delete from the website
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete my account, and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email hello@scanfakes.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your account details, sessions, verification and reset tokens, saved scan history, and scan results. It also cancels an active ScanFakes subscription associated with the account. Payment providers may retain transaction records when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
